His aim is to ensure staff are fully focused and prepared for each visit to the clients property that work is prioritised and when necessary extra colour or time is spent when special guests are visiting. To challenge the teams further Colourscope built two different "Back-To-Back" gardens at the RHS Tatton Flower Show, winning Silver Gilt and Bronze medals. In 2000 Colourscope created the 'French Garden' for Country Living Magazine at the RHS Tatton Show and then worked for Granada TV and Channel 4, creating garden set-designs for TV dramas and garden make-overs with the imposing Monty Don.
